PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Prizes may not be returned during for refund. An exchange of defective product may be accepted. Please contact customer support at support@sigsauer.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PROMOTION RULES
Eligibility To Enter: This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding, without limitation, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories), who are 21 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. at the time of entry. Employees and directors of SIG SAUER, Inc., its affiliates, dealers, and distributors, advertising, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of their households, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.  The winner will be required to have a valid driver’s license or proof of identification and (if prize is a firearm) will be required to complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License.  Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in a forfeiture of the prize.  SIG SAUER, Inc, will not be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform transfer services.  Such fees shall be at the winner’s sole expense. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, in all respects.  This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time on August 1st and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on August 31st, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:
Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, go to the following website: www.21stepchallenge.com (“Website”). Entrants must complete their entry with all required information and submit it. You will receive ONE ENTRY per email address. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable, illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic.  All entries are the property of SIG SAUER, Inc. and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

Winner Selection: Twenty-two (22) Grand Prize winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Game-end. If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  No prize transfers, assignments, cash equivalents, or substitutions will be allowed.

Notification and Awarding of Prize: The winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone, at the e-mail or telephone number provided by the participant, on or between August 1 – August 31st, 2023. Following the notification, the winner has 72 hours to respond to the Sponsor. If the winner does not respond within the 72 hour period, the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and an alternate winner will be drawn, who will also be given 72 hours to respond or another alternate winner will be drawn with the same process until a winner is determined.  The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete and include the winner’s social security number. The winner’s social security number will be used solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants SIG SAUER, Inc. and its affiliated companies the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media including but not limited to the world wide web without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind. 

Quantities, prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds of winning: One (1) Grand Prize: (1) Opportunity for the individual to buy the prize for $1.  If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for the full value of the prize.  Odds of winning the prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

Disqualification: SIG SAUER, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the web site by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other person.

Liability: By entering this sweepstakes or accepting the prize, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless, SIG SAUER, Inc., its dealers and distributors, successors and their respective, advertising, design, and print production agencies and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from and against all actions and liability (including attorney’s fees and costs) due to injury, loss or damage to person or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, acceptance, or possession of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes. Prize winner waives the right (1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and (2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Sponsor (i) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize; and (ii) disclaims any implied warranty. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

Sponsor, prize suppliers, and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. 

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules without prior notification. Winner shall not be eligible to win more than one SIG SAUER Inc. Sweepstakes in any calendar year. Entry in this Sweepstakes grants SIG SAUER Inc. the right to use entrants’ information for all legal purposes including, but not limited to, giving to marketing partners, and SIG SAUER electronic newsletter subscription.
